Effects of problem-oriented targeted rehabilitation nursing training combined with focused solution mode on urination function and self-care ability of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury
Objective To explore the effects of problem-oriented targeted rehabilitation nursing training combined with focused solution mode on urination function and self-care ability of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. Methods From January to December 2021,80 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury in the outpatient and inpatient department of acupuncture and massage rehabilitation department of Xi'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by focused solution mode, and the observation group was given problem-oriented targeted rehabilitation nursing training on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the single urination volume and urine flow rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the urination frequency and residual urine volume were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-oriented targeted rehabilitation nursing training combined with focused solution mode can not only improve the urination function of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury, but also improve their self-care ability and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of promotion.
