Objective To explore the application effect of whole course care nursing mode in strontium chloride treatment of prostate cancer bone metastasis patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with prostate cancer bone metastasis admitted in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2021 were selected as study subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40,whole course care nursing mode)and control group(n=40,routine nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before and after nursing,the pain degree of the control group improved,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.094);before and after nursing,the pain degree of the experimental group improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);after nursing,the pain degree in the experimental group was milder than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.068).The incidences of myelosuppression and rebound pain in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidences of gastrointestinal reaction and palpitation were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of General Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The whole course care nursing mode applied in strontium dichloride treatment of prostate cancer bone metastasis patients has a obvious effect,it can relieve pain and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
