Influences of nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with combined breathing exercise on the implementation of pulmonary rehabilitation program and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Objective To explore the influences of nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with combined breathing exercise on the implementation of pulmonary rehabilitation program and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Ninety-two patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given combined breathing exercise, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect on the basis of the control group. The implementation of pulmonary rehabilitation program, psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of the pulmonary rehabilitation program implementation scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of St George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with combined breathing exercise can not only improve the implementation of pulmonary rehabilitation program in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, but also effectively regulate psychological state and improve quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
