Application effect of PDCA circulation nursing in patients after anal fistula surgery and its influence on self-care ability
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation nursing in patients after anal fistula surgery and its influence on self-care ability.Methods Sixty patients who underwent anal fistula surgery from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(30 cases,PDCA circulation nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative rehabilitation indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients after anal fistula surgery,effectively relieve pain and improve self-care ability,reduce the incidence of complications.
