Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is a kind of disease in which the local blood supply of the femoral head is damaged or interrupted,causing the death of bone cells and bone marrow components,which in turn leads to changes in bone structure,collapse of the femoral head,and joint dysfunction.The main clinical manifestations are hip pain and activity disorder,and untimely or improper treatment often leads to aggravation of the disease,which seriously affects life.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment mainly includes traditional Chinese medicine decoction,needle knife,fumigation and washing,etc,and western medicine treatment is mainly based on surgical intervention or joint replacement.This article aims to briefly introduce the relevant treatment methods and provide reference for the selection of clinical treatment methods.
