Clinical application of prenatal,intrapartum and postpartum integrated diagnosis and treatment mode in gastroschisis:a report of 3 cases of neonatal gastroschisis stage Ⅰ abdominal wall repair
Objective To screen and monitor the fetus with gastroschisis by prenatal,intrapartum and postpartum integrated diagnosis and treatment mode.Methods The clinical data of children with congenital gastroschisis treated by prenatal,intrapartum and postpartum integrated diagnosis and treatment mode were retrospectively analyzed,and the prognostic effect of children were explored.Results The prenatal,intrapartum and postpartum integrated diagnosis and treatment mode could transfer the pregnant women with gastroschisis screened in prefectures,states and cities to qualified medical institutions for further screening and waiting for delivery;it could promote the development of multidisciplinary team(MDT),and formulate the optimal treatment team and diagnosis and treatment plan before the delivery of pregnant women;it could improve the success rate of stage Ⅰ abdominal wall repair surgery in children with gastroschisis.The children in this article were transferred to the pediatric intensive care unit(PICU)for monitoring and nutritional support treatment after operation,up to now,the growth and development of 3 children were normal.Conclusion The prenatal,intrapartum and postpartum integrated diagnosis and treatment mode can improve the success rate of stage Ⅰabdominal wall repair surgery and the survival rate of children with gastroschisis.
