Analysis of uncertainty pressure status and its influencing factors in patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion
Objective To investigate the status of uncertainty pressure in patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA)and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A single-center cross-sectional survey was conducted on 109 URSA patients admitted in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 using a convenient sampling method to assess the uncertainty pressure of all patients. At the same time, the general clinical data and demographic sociological information of the patients were collected.Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the factors affecting the level of uncertainty pressure in URSA patients. Results After investigation, among 109 patients with URSA,the uncertainty pressure scale score was 28-48 points, with an average of(38.62±4.25)points,including 61 patients with high level(accounting for 55.96% )and 48 patients with low level(accounting for 44.04% ).The scores of Perceived Social Support from Family(PSS-Fa),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and estrogen receptors(ER)in patients with low level were higher than those in patients with high level, and the number of spontaneous abortions was less than that in patients with high level, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that PSS-Fa,CD-RISC scores and ER were protective factors for uncertainty pressure level in URSA patients(P<0.05);the number of spontaneous abortion was a risk factor for uncertainty pressure level in URSA patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of uncertainty pressure in URSA patients is generally high.Low family support, weak psychological resilience, more spontaneous abortions and low ER level are the influencing factors of increased uncertainty pressure level in URSA patients.
