Feasibility of computer-aided design of 3D printing percutaneous guide plate in drilling decompression of femoral head necrosis
Objective To explore the feasibility and prognostic advantages of computer-aided design of 3D printing percutaneous guide plate in drilling decompression of femoral head necrosis. Methods A total of 80 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of admission number, the patients were divided into control group(odd number)and observation group(even number),with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional femoral head necrosis drilling decompression, and the observation group was treated with computer-aided design of 3D printing percutaneous guide plate for femoral head necrosis drilling decompression. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the number of fluoroscopy times, intraoperative blood loss and guide needle adjustment times were less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after operation, the Harris score and bone mineral density of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after operation, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation, the adduction and abduction activities of the affected limbs in the observation group were greater than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The computer-aided design of 3D printing percutaneous guide plate in drilling decompression of femoral head necrosis has a obvious effect, which can reduce the surgical injury and promote the recovery of joint function after operation, and has important clinical application value.
