Effect of ezetimibe combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with early onset coronary heart disease
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of ezetimibe combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with early onset coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction with early onset coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment of aspirin + urokinase,and the observation group received ezetimibe + ticagrelor treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)and left ventricle posterior wall thickness(LVPWT)were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the low blood viscosity(LBV),high blood viscosity(HBV),hematocrit(HCT)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ezetimibe combined with ticagrelor has a significant effect in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with early onset coronary heart disease,it can promote the recovery of cardiac function,reduce myocardial fibrosis and ventricular remodeling,and enhance circulation metabolic,which has important clinical application value.
