Effects of tirofiban on endothelin-1 level and coagulation function in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction
Objective To investigate the effects of tirofiban on endothelin-1(ET-1)level and coagulation function in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46)by random number table method.The control group was treated with reteplase thrombolytic therapy,and the observation group was treated with tirofiban on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65% ,which was higher than 82.61% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the two groups decreased,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke volume(SV)increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)of the two groups prolonged,and those in the observation group were longer than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of ET-1 in the two groups significantly decreased,and the level of nitric oxide(NO)significantly increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tirofiban in the treatment of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction has exact effect,it can improve the cardiac function,coagulation function and endothelial function of patients,whick is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
