Effects of Tongxinluo capsule combined with ticagrelor on myocardial microcirculation,miR-133a and miR-335 in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 66 patients with AMI admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.All patients were given basic treatment after admission,on this basis,the control group was treated with ticagrelor,and the study group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule combined with ticagrelor.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate and index of microcirculatory resistance(IMR)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the coronary flow reserve(CFR)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the miR-133a,interleukin-6(IL-6)and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the miR-335 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with ticagrelor can improve the clinical efficacy by regulating the myocardial microcirculation indexes and serum indexes of AMI patients,which is helpful to promote the prognosis,and the treatment safety is high.
