Effect of modified Chushi Weiling mixture combined with minoxidil tincture in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia and its influences on hemorheological indexes
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Chushi Weiling mixture combined with minoxidil tincture in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia and its influences on hemorheological indexes. Methods A total of 90 patients with seborrheic alopecia admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with minoxidil tincture, and the observation group was treated with modified Chushi Weiling mixture on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood middle shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of zinc, calcium, iron and copper of hair in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chushi Weilingmixture combined with minoxidil tincture in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia can not only effectively improve the therapeutic effect, regulate the levels of hemorheological indexes, but also improve the content of trace elements in hair, relieve clinical symptoms, and promote new hair growth, which is worthy of promotion.
