Application effect of pushing spleen and resolving accumulation method of pediatric abdominal massage in feeding intolerance of premature infants
Objective To explore the application effect of pushing spleen and resolving accumulation method of pediatric abdominal massage in feeding intolerance of premature infants. Methods Sixty premature infants with feeding intolerance admitted from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with pushing spleen and resolving accumulation method of pediatric abdominal massage on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of birth weight, total gastrointestinal nutrition time, hospitalization time and meconium emptying time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the head circumference, height and weight of the observation group were greater than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pushing spleen and resolving accumulation method of pediatric abdominal massage is not only effective in the treatment of feeding intolerance of premature infants, but also can promote the growth and development of premature infants, regulate gastrointestinal function and systemic nutritional status, reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the hospitalization time, which is worth promoting.
