Effect of Bushen Jieyu decoction combined with music therapy in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovarian syndrome
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Jieyu decoction combined with music therapy in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods From June 2019 to March 2021,70 infertility patients with PCOS and TCM syndrome differentiation of kidney deficiency and liver depression type diagnosed in the outpatient and ward of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hainan Province were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Bushen Jieyu decoction combined with music therapy,and the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate capsule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the number of follicles in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the diameter of dominant follicles was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of testosterone(T)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of excellent egg discharge between the two groups(P>0.05);the 1-year pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jieyu decoction combined with music therapy has a positive effect and clinical significance on the assisted pregnancy of infertility patients with PCOS.
