Effect of nasal endoscopy combined with Cangerzi powder and Yinhuang Lianpu decoction in the treatment of non-invasive fungal rhino-sinusitis
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy combined with Cangerzi powder and Yinhuang Lianpu decoction in the treatment of non-invasive fungal rhino-sinusitis(NIFRS).Methods Forty patients with NIFRS admitted from April 2017 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with nasal endoscopy, and the observation group was treated with Cangerzi powder and Yinhuang Lianpu decoction after operation. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms, objective symptoms and sleep quality of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00% ,which was slightly higher than 90.00% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before operation, there were no significant differences in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Lund-Kennedy,Lund-Mackay and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);at 3 months after operation, the VAS,Lund-Kennedy,Lund-Mackay and PSQI scores of the two groups signicantly decreased, those in the observation group were signicantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nasal endoscopy combined with Cangerzi powder and Yinhuang Lianpu decoction in the treatment of NIFRS can improve the curative effect to a certain extent,it is more conducive to improving the subjective and objective symptoms and sleep quality of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
