Application effect of continuous nursing based on case management model in the nursing of patients with permanent colostomy
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on case management model in the nursing of patients with permanent colostomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent permanent colostomy in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and intervention group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given continuous nursing based on case management model on the basis of routine nursing.The self-management ability,psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-care skills,self-responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge level in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiology,psychology,environment and social relations in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on case management model can effectively promote the self-management ability of patients with permanent colostomy,improve psychological state and quality of life,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
