Influences of remote guidance based on behavioral change theory combined with focused solution mode on self-management ability and disease control in patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected gastritis
Objective To study the influences of remote guidance based on behavior change theory combined with focused solution mode on self-management ability and disease control in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-infected gastritis. Methods A total of 486 patients with Hp-infected gastritis admitted from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 243 cases in each group. The control group was given focused solution mode, and the observation group was given remote guidance based on behavior change theory on the basis of control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the facing score of Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the avoidance and yielding scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The seroconversion rate of Hp and cure rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The remote guidance based on behavior change theory combined with focused solution mode can not only improve the self-management ability of patients with Hp-infected gastritis, but also change disease coping style, and strengthen disease control, which is worth promoting.
