Effects of task-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with thematic health education on functional recovery and health knowledge,attitude,practice in elderly patients with lower limb hemiplegia after stroke
Objective To explore the effects of task-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with thematic health education on functional recovery and health knowledge,attitude,practice in elderly patients with lower limb hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with lower limb hemiplegia after stroke admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group was given task-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with thematic health education intervention on the basis of routine rehabilitation nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of lower limb Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scal(FMA)and Barthel Index(BI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease cognition,health belief and health behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA)and noradrenaline(NE)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Task-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with thematic health education can improve the recovery effect of lower limb function and daily living ability of elderly patients with lower limb hemiplegia after stroke,promote the improvement of health knowledge,attitude,practice,and effectively regulate the levels of brain neurotransmitters.
