Effects of nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with abdominal ginger moxibustion on sleep state and fatigue degree in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with abdominal ginger moxibustion on sleep status and fatigue degree in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome admitted from October 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with abdominal ginger moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the number of awakenings in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the deep sleep time and rapid eye movement(REM)were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of mental fatigue, physical fatigue and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with abdominal ginger moxibustion can improve the sleep quality of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome, and reduce the degree of fatigue and negative emotions, which is worthy of promotion.
