Application effect of medical-care integrated continuous nursing based on network platform combined with peer education in patients with tumor PICC carrying tube
Objective To explore the application effect of medical-care integrated continuous nursing based on network platform combined with peer education in patients with tumor peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)carrying tube.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,200 patients with tumor PICC carrying tube in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was adopted with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was adopted with medical-care integrated continuous nursing based on network platform combined with peer education nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the each dimension scores of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of PICC carrying tube related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical-care integrated continuous nursing based on network platform combined with peer education can not only improve the self-care ability of tumor patients with tumor PICC carrying tube,regulate psychological state,but also reduce the complications related to PICC carrying tube,which is worthy of promotion.
