Effects of trinity new home care model combined with health education based on feedback theory on health behavior and disease control of patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis
Objective To explore the application effect of trinity new home care model combined with health education based on feedback theory in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis admitted from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was adopted with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was adopted with trinity new home care model combined with health education based on feedback theory on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of health responsibility,nutrition,personal goals and stress coping in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of diamine oxidase(DAO)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The trinity new home care model combined with health education based on feedback theory can improve the health behavior,disease control and quality of life of patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis.
