Objective To explore the application effect of anesthesia nursing management based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in perioperative period of neurosurgery.Methods A total of 66 patients who underwent neurosurgery in our hospital from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different anesthesia nursing management methods,the patients were divided into observation group(33 cases,anesthesia nursing management based on ERAS)and control group(33 cases,routine anesthesia nursing management).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The anesthesia recovery time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of anesthesia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and Quality of Life(QOL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia nursing management based on ERAS in the perioperative period of neurosurgery has remarkable application effect.It can shorten the anesthesia recovery time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of anesthesia,relieve inflammatory stress response,anxiety,depression and postoperative pain,and improve the daily living ability and quality of life of patients.
