Effects of stage-targeted health education on cognitive level,pregnancy outcome and psychological status of infertility patients treated with assisted reproductive technology
Objective To explore the effects of stage-targeted health education on cognitive level,pregnancy outcome and psychological status of infertility patients treated with assisted reproductive technology.Methods A total of 102 infertility patients treated with assisted reproductive technology in our hospital from August 2021 to February 2022 were selected.According to different nursing programs,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given stage-targeted health education.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Copenhagen Multi-Centre Psychosocial-Infertility Fertility Problem Stress-Short Form(COMP-FPSS-SF)and Infertility Stigma Scale(ISS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and score of the Cardiff fertility knowledge scale was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of basic psychological needs scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stage-targeted health education can effectively improve fertility knowledge cognition level of infertility patients treated with assisted reproductive technology,relieve or eliminate anxiety and depression,improve mental health level,reduce fertility pressure and stigma,and improve pregnancy outcome.
