Application effect of pain nursing management in patients with traumatic fractures
Objective To explore the application effect of pain nursing management in patients with traumatic fractures. Methods A total of 60 patients with traumatic fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given pain nursing management on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of joint pain, joint function and joint mobility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE)and adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing management applied in patients with traumatic fractures can significantly improve the effect of pain control, relieve negative emotions, reduce stress response, effectively improve the activity of daily living of patients, and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
