Research progress of H-type hypertension and endothelial dysfunction
H-type hypertension is associated with carotid atherosclerotic plaque and stroke,which can affect the occurrence and recurrence of stroke.Therefore,the study of H-type hypertension has gradually received extensive clinical attention.The impairment of endothelial function is a key initial event in the occurrence of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which can be repeatedly observed in hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy).The relationship between homocysteine(Hcy)metabolism and endothelial dysfunction is still an important research field.This article reviews the research progress of H-type hypertension and endothelial dysfunction.
