Pathogenesis and current status of diagnosis and treatment of coronary microvascular dysfunction
Coronary microcirculation plays an important role in the regulation of systemic blood perfusion and resistance.Coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMD)is caused by coronary artery wall stenosis,microvascular remodeling,endothelial dysfunction and other structural and functional changes,which is associated with many cardiovascular adverse events,and is widely found in patients with cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the research on CMD and summarizes the pathogenesis,diagnostic techniques and treatment strategies of CMD in recent years.
