Research of medication rule and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodule based on data mining and network pharmacology
Objective To explore the medication rule and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of thyroid nodule,so as to provide references for clinical medication and provide basis for subsequent research. Methods The databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched, and the database of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of thyroid nodule was screened and established according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The medication rule was comprehensively analyzed through IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and SPSS Modeler 18.0,and the core prescriptions was explored. The network of"drugs-active ingredients-target"was established using network pharmacological methods, and the GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were conducted. Results A total of 98 prescriptions were screened, including 189 traditional Chinese medicines, with a cumulative frequency of 1 312 times. The core traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were selected as Bupleurum chinense,Prunella vulgaris,Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix paeoniae alba, tangerine peel and Poria cocos. The drug efficacy was mainly to clear hot phlegm, replenish Qi and regulate Qi;the sexual taste was mainly cold and bitter, and the drugs was mainly liver meridian, lung meridian and spleen meridian. The correlation results showed that seaweed-kelp and Prunella vulgaris-Fructus Gardeniae were often used together. The core Chinese medicine prescription involved core targets such as TP53,EGFR,CASP3,e tc.,regulating the nuclear receptor activity,ligand-activated transcription factor activity and other functions, and involving PI3K-Akt,AGE-RAGE and other signal pathways. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for thyroid nodule mainly focuses on the liver, with medication mainly focused on clear hot phlegm, replenish Qi and regulate Qi.Its core prescription drugs play a role in treating thyroid nodule through multiple components, target and pathways.
