Analysis of influencing factors of sense of coherence among elder second-born pregnant women
Objective To investigate and analyze the sense of coherence score and related influencing factors in elder second-born pregnant women.Methods The clinical data of 842 elder second-born pregnant women admitted in the gynecology and obstetrics department of our hospital from October 2017 to May 2021 were collected.General data questionnaire and Sense of Coherence-13(SCO-13)were used to investigate the influencing factors of sense of coherence among elder second-born pregnant women.Results The SCO-13 score of 842 elder second-born pregnant women of different gestational weeks were(58.22±6.18)points.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in age,body weight,pregnancy complications,fetal gender expectation,planned pregnancy and gestational weeks among elder second-born pregnant women with different SCO-13 score(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis results showed that age≥40 years old,body weight≥60 kg,pregnancy complications,fetal gender expectation and early pregnancy were the risk factors affecting SCO-13 score,while planned pregnancy was the protective factor affecting SCO-13 score of elder second-born pregnant women(P<0.05).Conclusion The sense of coherence of elder second-born pregnant women is at a relatively low level,and age,body weight,pregnancy complications,fetal gender expectation,gestational weeks and planned pregnancy are all influencing factors.In order to improve the level of sense of coherence,clinical intervention can be carried out for elder second-born pregnant women according to relevant influencing factors.
