Effect of argatroban combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis on acute posterior circulation ischemic stroke and its influences on cerebral oxygen metabolism indexes
Objective To investigate the effect of argatroban combined with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)intravenous thrombolysis on acute posterior circulation ischemic stroke and its influences on cerebral oxygen metabolism indexes. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute posterior circulation ischemic stroke admitted from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis, and the observation group was treated with argatroban on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and S100β protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the cerebral arterial oxygen content(CaO2)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the cerebral oxygen uptake rate(CEO2)and the difference of arterial and venous oxygen content were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Argatroban combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute posterior circulation ischemic stroke has a satisfactory effect, which can reduce the levels of nerve injury markers and balance the state of cerebral oxygen metabolism,it is worth promoting.
