Application effect of different doses of flurbiprofen axetil combined with dezocine on preemptive analgesia in elderly patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the application effect of different doses of flurbiprofen axetil combined with dezocine on preemptive analgesia in elderly patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery. Methods A total of 136 elderly patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with 50 mg flurbiprofen axetil combined with dezocine, and the observation group was anesthetized with 100 mg flurbiprofen axetil combined with dezocine. The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. Results At the time of waking up and 10 min after operation, the respiratory rate, heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 4,8,12 and 24 h after operation, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);at 4,8 and 12 h after operation, the Ramsay sedation score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 4,8 and 12 h after operation, the Bruggrmann Comfort Scale(BCS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 12 and 24 h after operation, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The 100 mg flurbiprofen axetil + 10 mg dezocine on preemptive analgesia in elderly patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery has better application effect.
