Application effect of microneedle introduction of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen in the repair of skin barrier function
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of microneedle introduction of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen in the treatment of skin barrier function decline caused by skin inflammatory aging. Methods Thirty patients who received facial skin treatment in our hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group(recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen)and treatment group(microneedle introduction of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen)by random number table method, with 15 cases in each group. After treatment, the patients were followed up regularly, and the subjective efficacy evaluation and objective efficacy evaluation were carried out respectively. Results At 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment, the satisfaction of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the skin wrinkles, texture, red area, pores, elasticity, skin transcutaneous loss water and skin water content of the treatment group significantly improved(P<0.05);the oil of the control group improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).At 12 weeks after treatment, the total symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The microneedle introduction of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen has a good effect on skin repair, which can enhance the function of skin barrier, and provides a new choice for improving the function of skin barrier and treating inflammatory aging caused by damaged skin barrier.
