Effects of psychological nursing based on family counseling combined with group self-affirmation training on post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience of patients with uterine fibroids after total hysterectomy
Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing based on family counseling combined with group self-affirmation training on post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience of patients with uterine fibroids after total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine fibroids after total hysterectomy admitted from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given group self-affirmation training,and the observation group was given psychological nursing based on family counseling on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on family counseling combined with group self-affirmation training can not only promote the post-traumatic growth of patients with uterine fibroids after total hysterectomy,improve their psychological resilience level,but also improve the quality of life after surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
