Objective To explore the effects of full coverage enhanced psychological support nursing on adverse emotions and stress response of high risk pregnant women.Methods A total of 150 high risk pregnant women admitted from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received full coverage enhanced psychological support nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the postpartum 2 h blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of confusion,vitality,fatigue,depression,anger and tension in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After delivery,the levels of adrenaline(ADR),norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(COR)and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)in both groups increased,but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Full coverage enhanced psychological support nursing can shorten the time of labor,reduce postpartum 2 h blood loss and the cesarean sectionrate,and relieve negative psychological state and stress response.
