Effects of health education based on feedback theory combined with diet nursing on ulcer healing and health behavior in patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer
Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on feedback theory combined with diet nursing in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 80 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer admitted from July 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing schemes, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups of patients were given routine nursing, the control group was given diet nursing on the basis of routine nursing, and the observation group was given health education based on feedback theory on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of ulcer healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention, the scores of each dimension of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 1 month of intervention, the levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on feedback theory combined with diet nursing in patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer has significant effect.
