Application effect of whole-course comfort nursing intervention combined with improved composite insulation mode in coronary heart disease intervention and its influences on patients'comfort and body temperature status
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course comfort nursing intervention combined with improved composite insulation mode in coronary heart disease intervention and its influences on patients'comfort and body temperature status. Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent coronary heart disease intervention from August 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing in the operating room, and the observation group received whole-course comfort nursing intervention combined with improved composite insulation mode on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of physiology, psychology, environment and social culture in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the operation and when leaving the operating room, the body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 30 min after operation and at the end of operation, the levels of cortisol(Cor)and adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course comfort nursing intervention combined with improved composite insulation mode can maintain the body temperature status of patients during coronary heart disease intervention, relieve the intraoperative stress response, and improve the intraoperative comfort, which is worthy of promotion.
