Effects of precise nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with Snyder hope nursing on emotion regulation ability and coping style of patients with chronic heart failure
Objective To explore the effects of precise nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with Snyder hope nursing on emotion regulation ability and coping style of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 130 patients with chronic heart failure admitted from October 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given precise nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with Snyder hope nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Negative Mood Regulation Scale(NMR-S)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the 6 min walking distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The precise nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with Snyder hope nursing can improve the emotional regulation ability and exercise tolerance of patients with chronic heart failure, correct coping style and improve cardiac function.
