Application value of nursing mode based on quantitative assessment strategy combined with kangaroo nursing in premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia
Objective To analyze the application value of nursing mode based on quantitative assessment strategy combined with kangaroo nursing in premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD).Methods A total of 120 premature infants with BPD treated from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups received routine nursing intervention, the control group received kangaroo nursing, and the observation group received nursing mode based on quantitative assessment strategy on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The milk intake and daily body weight gain of the observation group were bigger than those of the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)and partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the head circumference, body length and body mass of the observation group were bigger than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode based on quantitative assessment strategy combined with kangaroo nursing can not only effectively shorten the treatment cycle of premature infants with BPD,improve the blood oxygen indexes, but also promote growth and development, which is worthy of promotion.
