Effects of nursing based on IKAP mode combined with positive psychological intervention on treatment compliance and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with vaginal microecological imbalance during pregnancy
Objective To explore the effects of nursing based on IKAP mode combined with positive psychological intervention on treatment compliance and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with vaginal microecological imbalance during pregnancy.Methods A total of 130 pregnant women with vaginal microecological imbalance during pregnancy admitted from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the pregnant women were divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given positive psychological intervention,and the observation group was given nursing based on IKAP mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on IKAP mode combined with positive psychological intervention can not only improve the treatment compliance of pregnant women with vaginal microecological imbalance during pregnancy,but also correct adverse health behaviors and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of promotion.
