Application effect of perioperative anesthesia nursing management based on ERAS concept in pediatric laparoscopic surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative anesthesia nursing management based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in pediatric laparoscopic surgery. Methods Sixty children who underwent laparoscopic surgery admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the different methods of perioperative anesthesia management, the children were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given perioperative anesthesia nursing management based on ERAS concept, and the control group was given routine perioperative anesthesia nursing management. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of cortisol(Cor),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the level of β-endorphin(β-EP)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of substance P(SP)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative anesthesia nursing management based on ERAS concept can reduce the stress response, postoperative pain degree and incidence of surgical complications of children undergoing laparoscopic surgery, promote the rehabilitation of children, and improve the satisfaction of children's families.
