Effects of Internet-based remote blood pressure management model combined with optimized medication regimen on blood pressure control level and vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with essential hypertension
Objective To explore the effects of Internet-based remote blood pressure management model combined with optimized medication regimen on blood pressure control level and vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted in our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was managed by optimized medication regimen,and the observation group was managed by Internet-based remote blood pressure management model on the basis of the control group.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results After management,the 24 h mean systolic blood pressure(mSBP)and 24 h mean diastolic blood pressure(mDBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the level of nitric oxide(NO)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the scores of each dimension of Hypertension Patients Self-Management Behavior Rating Scale(HPSMBRS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the scores of physiology,psychology,social relations and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet-based remote blood pressure management model combined with optimized medication regimen applied in the daily management of elderly patients with essential hypertension can effectively improve the level of blood pressure control,improve vascular endothelial function,and improve self-management ability and quality of life.
