Influences of antibacterial drugs management mode participated by clinical pharmacists on the rationality of the use of antibacterial drugs and the quality of management in orthopedic perioperative period
Objective To explore the influences of antibacterial drugs management mode participated by clinical pharmacists on the rationality of the use of antibacterial drugs and the quality of management in orthopedic perioperative period. Methods A total of 400 patients with orthopedic surgery received in our hospital from June to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the different management modes of antibacterial drugs, with 200 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional antibacterial drugs management mode, and the observation group adopted the antibacterial drugs management mode participated by clinical pharmacists. The management of the two groups was compared. Results The utilization rates of etimicin, ceftriaxone, azithromycin, cefoxitin, cefodizime, aztreonam and the total utilization rate of antibacterial drugs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The unreasonable rates of types of medication, route of medication, course of medication, dosage, timing of medication, interval of medication and combined medication in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of work attitude, management skills, use process execution of antibacterial drugs and management norms of antibacterial drugs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The antibacterial drugs management mode participated by clinical pharmacists can improve the rationality of the use of antibacterial drugs and management quality in orthopedic perioperative period, optimize the types and frequency of antibacterial drugs use, reduce the use rate of antibacterial drugs, and reduce adverse drug events.
