Lung cancer is usually diagnosed at an advanced stage and has a poor prognosis.Early diagnosis is the main feasible strategy to improve the prognosis of disease.Studies have shown that exosomes miRNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer,and has certain diagnostic value for lung cancer.The clinical application value of exosomes has increasingly highlighted the importance of developing effective exosomes extraction technology.This article reviews the extraction method of exosomes and the application of its miRNA in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
