健脾益气方对脾虚小鼠胃肠动力、血清淀粉酶、GAS及血浆MTL的影响

目的 分析健脾益气方对脾虚小鼠胃肠动力、血清淀粉酶、胃泌素(GAS)及血浆胃动素(MTL)的影响。方法 将 80 只小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、JPYQ-低剂量组、JPYQ-中剂量组、JPYQ-高剂量组,每组16只。除空白对照组外,其余各组均采用大黄水煎液灌胃造小鼠脾虚模型,JPYQ-低剂量组、JPYQ-中剂量组、JPYQ-高剂量组分别给予 10。00 g/(kg·d)、20。00 g/(kg·d)、40。00 g/(kg·d)健脾益气方治疗。比较各组的体质量、血清淀粉酶、GAS、血浆MTL水平、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、胃内色素相对残留率及小肠推进率。结果 给药后,JPYQ-高剂量组的体质量高于JPYQ-低剂量组、JPYQ-中剂量组(P<0。05)。血清淀粉酶、GAS及血浆MTL水平比较,JPYQ-高剂量组>JPYQ-中剂量组>JPYQ-低剂量组>模型组(P<0。05)。脾脏指数比较,JPYQ-高剂量组>JPYQ-中剂量组>JPYQ-低剂量组>模型组(P<0。05);JPYQ-高剂量组的胸腺指数高于JPYQ-低剂量组、JPYQ-中剂量组及模型组(P<0。05)。胃内色素相对残留率比较,JPYQ-高剂量组<JPYQ-中剂量组JPYQ-低剂量组<模型组(P<0。05);小肠推进率比较,JPYQ-高剂量组>JPYQ-中剂量组>JPYQ-低剂量组>模型组(P<0。05)。结论 健脾益气方可明显改善脾虚小鼠胃肠动力、血清淀粉酶、GAS和血浆MTL水平,且高剂量应用的效果更佳。
Effects of Jianpi Yiqi recipe on gastrointestinal motility,serum amylase,GAS and plasma MTL in mice with spleen deficiency
Objective To analyze the Effects of Jianpi Yiqi recipe on gastrointestinal motility,serum amylase,gastrin(GAS)and plasma motilin(MTL)in mice with spleen deficiency.Methods Eighty mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,JPYQ-low dose group,JPYQ-medium dose group and JPYQ-high dose group,with 16 mice in each group.In addition to the blank control group,the other groups were treated with rhubarb decoction to establish the spleen deficiency model of mice.The JPYQ-low dose group,JPYQ-medium dose group and JPYQ-high dose group were treated with 10.00 g/(kg·d),20.00 g/(kg·d)and 40.00 g/(kg·d)Jianpi Y iqi recipe respectively.The body weight,serum amylase,GAS,plasma MTL levels,spleen index,thymus index,relative residual rate of gastric pigment and intestinal propulsion rate of each group were compared.Results After administration,the body weight of the JPYQ-high dose group was higher than that of the JPYQ-low dose group and the JPYQ-medium dose group(P<0.05).Comparison of serum amylase,GAS and plasma MTL levels,the JPYQ-high dose group>the JPYQ-medium dose group>the JPYQ-low dose group>the model group(P<0.05).Comparison of spleen index,the JPYQ-high dose group>the JPYQ-medium dose group>the JPYQ-low dose group>the model group(P<0.05);the thymus index of the JPYQ-high dose group was higher than that of the JPYQ-low dose group,the JPYQ-medium dose group and the model group(P<0.05).Comparison of the relative residual rate of gastric pigment,the JPYQ-high dose group<the JPYQ-medium dose group<the JPYQ-low dose group<the model group(P<0.05);comparison of intestinal propulsion rate,the JPYQ-high dose group>the JPYQ-medium dose group>the JPYQ-low dose group>the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi recipe can significantly improve the gastrointestinal motility,serum amylase,GAS and plasma MTL levels in mice with spleen deficiency,and the effect of high dose application is better.
