Effect of viaminate capsules combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris and its influences on the skin lesions degree and aesthetic score
Objective To explore the effect of viaminate capsules combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris.Methods Sixty-four patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris admitted from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected for the study and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fusidic acid cream,and the observation group was treated with viaminate capsules.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the numbers of pimples,papules,pustules and nodules in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of erythema,pore and sclererythrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the epidermal water loss and skin oil level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the water content of the stratum corneum was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Viamidate capsules combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris can not only enhance the therapeutic effect,reduce the skin lesions degree,but also improve the aesthetic score and skin barrier function,which is worthy of promotion.
