摘要

目的 探讨布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的效果及对免疫功能的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 1月至 2023 年1 月收治的 80 例支气管哮喘急性发作患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入治疗)和观察组(布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗),各40例.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)均高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的调节性T细胞(Treg)高于对照组,辅助性T细胞 17(Th17)、Th17/Treg低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子-2(eotaxin-2)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入联合孟鲁司特钠可提高支气管哮喘急性发作患者的治疗效果,促进肺功能及免疫功能改善,也能下调eotaxin-2、IL-33 表达.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide formoterol powder inhalation combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma admitted from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group(budesonide formoterol powder inhalation treatment)and observation group(budesonide formoterol powder inhalation combined with montelukast sodium treatment),with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the regulatory T cell(Treg)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the T helper cell 17(Th17)and Th17/Treg were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of eotaxin-2 and interleukin 33(IL-33)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide formoterol powder inhalation combined with montelukast sodium can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma,promote the improvement of lung function and immune function,and also down-regulate the expression of eotaxin-2 and IL-33.
