Effect of modified Shugan Hewei decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with liver Qi invading stomach syndrome and its influences on the expression of miR-26a and miR-32
Objective To explore the effect of modified Shugan Hewei decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with liver Qi invading stomach syndrome. Methods A total of 80 patients with CAG who were admitted from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with modified Shugan Hewei decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and Cyclin E in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of E-cadherin(E-Cad)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the expression level of miR-26a in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the expression level of miR-32 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shugan Hewei decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of CAG can improve the clinical effect, reduce the inflammatory response, and regulate the expression of miR-26a and miR-32,which is worthy of promotion.
