Effect of Qushi Shengfa decoction combined with fractional laser and minoxidil in the treatment of damp-heat androgenetic alopecia and its influences on TGF-β1 and VEGF levels
Objective To analyze the effect of Qushi Shengfa decoction combined with fractional laser and minoxidil in the treatment of damp-heat androgenetic alopecia and its influences on transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels. Methods A total of 80 patients with damp-heat androgenic alopecia treated from February 2019 to March 2022 were selected for this study. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fractional laser and minoxidil, and the observation group was treated with Qushi Shengfa decoction on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the average vellus hair proportion and single hair follicle proportion of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the hair density was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of TGF-β1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of VEGF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, high blood viscosity(HBV),low blood viscosity(LBV),plasma viscosity(PV)and red blood ceel assembling index(Arbc)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qushi Shengfa decoction combined with fractional laser and minoxidil in the treatment of damp-heat androgenic alopecia can regulate the levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF,improve hemorheological indexes, and promote the recovery of hair state, which is worthy of promotion.
