Effect of Ruanjian Xiaoying granules combined with selenium yeast capsules in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and its influence on thyroid-related antibody levels
Objective To investigate the effect of Ruanjian Xiaoying granules combined with selenium yeast capsules in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and its influence on thyroid-related antibody levels.Methods A total of 150 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis admitted in our department from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with selenium yeast capsule,and the observation group was treated with Ruanjian Xiaoying granules combined with selenium yeast capsules.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)and thyroid microsomal antibody(TMAb)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ruanjian Xiaoying granules combined with selenium yeast capsules can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis,reduce the level of thyroid-related antibodies,and also reduce the inflammation and oxidative stress response,which is worthy of promotion.
