Effects of risk prevention combined with continuous nursing on self-care ability and rehabilitation effect of patients with severe pneumonia
Objective To explore the application effect of risk prevention combined with continuous nursing in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 88 patients with severe pneumonia admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into reference group and experimental group according to different nursing methods,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given risk prevention combined with continuous nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recurrence rate of pneumonia in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group within 3 months of follow-up(P<0.05);one week after intervention,the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of depression,anxiety and stress in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The cough disappearance time,fever regression time and wheezing disappearance time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prevention combined with continuous nursing can reduce the risk of disease in patients with severe pneumonia,reduce the negative emotions,improve the self-care ability of patients,accelerate the recovery of patients,and reduce complications and recurrence of pneumonia.
