Effect of continuous improvement measures of nursing quality on the quality of life of patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To explore the effect of continuous improvement measures of nursing quality on the quality of life of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 150 patients with uterine fibroids admitted from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given continuous improvement measures of nursing quality intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the uterine fibroids disease self-care scale and the MOS 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,the Profile of Mood States(POMS)score was lower than that in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The catheter removal time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group,the pain score at 1 d after operation was lower than that in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous improvement measures of nursing quality can improve the understanding of the disease of patients with uterine fibroids,improve their mood state,speed up rehabilitation,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of nursing service,and achieve ideal nursing effect.
